Successful candidate will provide assistance to customers of an internet-based travel reservation website. Regular functions include bookings and various attractions and services via the web and telephone travel agents.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-> Experience in call center for a Travel account is advantage.
-> Must have a knowledge in Sabre System
-> Professional verbal and written communication skill
-> Must have excellent English communication and Interpersonal skills
-> Highly-analytical and excellent problem solving skills
-> Computer proficiency (MS Office), internet, telephone, and office management skills.
-> Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
-> Willing to work on a graveyard shift.
