This position are responsible in providing technical problem resolution to end-users (customers) by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner.
-> Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written form.
-> Experience in a Call Center as Technical Support is a big plus.
-> Can communicate technical concepts clearly to customer’s level of understanding.
-> Diagnose and resolve technical issues
-> Ability to provide a high level of customer support to improve customer experience.
-> Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
-> Professional phone etiquette
-> Advanced computer skills – internet and email.
-> Proficient in Microsoft offices.
-> Willing to work on a graveyard shift
-> Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
