This position are responsible for providing telephone and/or email technical support and excellent customer service solutions to users pertaining to android and tablets.


QUALIFICATIONS:
-Excellent English communication skills in both verbal and written form.
-Experience in technical support preferably "Android and Tablets" is a big plus
-Can communicate technical concepts clearly to customer’s level of understanding.
-Diagnose and resolve technical issues
-Ability to provide a high level of customer support to improve customer experience.
-Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
-Professional phone etiquette
-Internet and computer savvy
-Willing to work on a graveyard shift
-Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
