TEAM LEADER
Responsibilities
· Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
· Set clear team goals
· Delegate tasks and set deadlines
· Oversee day‐to‐day operation
· Monitor team performance and report on metrics
· Motivate team members
· Discover training needs and provide coaching
· Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
· Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
· Encourage creativity and risk‐taking
· Suggest and organize team building activities
Requirements
· Excellent in English communication skills (verbal and written)
· Finished at least 2 years in college or graduate of any 4 year course.
· At least 1‐2 years experience as Team Leader in a BPO company is a must.
· Must have good decision making, organizational and problem solving skills as a routine part of
daily basis.
· Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
· Strong interpersonal skills and experience demonstrating
· Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
· In‐depth knowledge of performance metrics
· Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
· Excellent communication and leadership skills
· Organizational and time‐management skills
· Decision‐making skills
· Willing to work in Imus, Cavite
· Willing to work on graveyard shift
· Full time positions available
